How do we give all employees a simple view of business operations so that they all UNDERSTAND the business and the "actions" that are of real value?

The Business DNA drives all aspects of the business and quickly determines what people should be doing and where improvements are required to optimize the performance of the business.

    * Strategic Actions are the five key strategic areas that drive the business. * Operational Actions are the next five sub-actions that underpin each of the Strategic Actions. * DNA Actions are the five key sub-actions that are necessary to implement each Operational Action. All DNA Actions also possess "Action Characteristics". So the Business DNA ends up as the major 125 critical actions that drive the business.
